When a woman has had tubal reversal surgery in order to restore fertility is very important that she keeps an eye on her monthly cycles. Once the HCG numbers reach 1500 the physician will then order a vaginal ultrasound. This is the ultrasound where the egg should be seen implanted in the uterus.
